I was hoping someone (preferably an actual chemist or an experienced and knowledgeable chem student) could tell me what I need to use to press a pill. found a press on ebay, thought about making my own...multivitamins. I'm talking about what do i need/where can I buy filler, binding stuff, etc.

Do your multi-vitamin ingredients take up so little space that you need a filler? C'mon....

....if fillers are absolutely necessary then I suggest you use some type of sugar (sorbitol, fructose), or corn starch, whey etc. etc. etc.

To bind your multi-vitamin components you may want to use xanthan gum.

PS - I am a psychology student

haha me too, psych-soc double. what form is the sugar in? like table sugar? and where do I get xanthan gum? I thought that was a preservative or something.

hmmm...what do you need a pill press for really? You said yourslef you arent a chemist, so I doubt your makin E. Why cant you just use gel capsules?

dude you cant make pills without a pill press. Use jell caps or just buy some multi vitamins. They have them already in pill form

Hey dickhead, no need for sarcasm. Couple things, pill presses that work are a minimum of 5000 bucks do some research. Also why not buy vitamins at a drug store, you know what a drug store is right. Lastly send your info to the dea so when you order that pill press online from some cop they can know in advance that you wanted it for home made vitamins lol. Vitamins ha. Also why not read where you post i dont think vitamins are Hallucinatory substance. Post on a pharmaceutical forum for such a dumb request of info.

P.S. I looked on ebay no legit pill presses so i dont know what your talking about
