Silk road anyone?

Well, I don't know a huge amount of information about it, but what I do know is that it's based in the Tor network and uses an extremely encrypted and untraceable form of money called bitcoins to complete transactions involving drugs and firearms. It's done on a system of merit like the top sellers on ebay. Supposedly very legit...

As well as its anonymous and you pay people with things called Bitcoins.

How are you not able to access it from Australia? Isn't silk road on the tor network?

Derple it is accessible from aus. There's several sellers from there.
It's a reasonably secure anonymous marketplace for drugs online.
The prices are high, but you can find most anything.

Problems with TOR network:
- People set up exit points and sniff the data trying to get peoples passwords
- Child pornography
- Slow compare to other darknets

But it can be fun for OPSEC.
