the 4 wbs jars cooked for 3 hours pulled 2 of em and put the other 2 in the cooker
I don't really work with the WBS tek. So all I can really do is watch and see your results.

I'm not sure what you are doing here.
Steam sterilizing your wbs? Or do you have a pressure cooker.
I don't think you can do grains without one.
Yeah I was about to say that... U may need a pressure cooker..
i saw a thread a while back of a dude that steam sterilized his jars and they came out fine but that was BRF and they were 1/2 pint jars..

Damn. I didn't even look at your pot pick. Yeah. A pressure cooker is a necessary, also, try to cover your jars with a little loose foil to help keep the extra moisture out.

i didn't get the pressure cooker... used a stock pot on an open flame the water was very hot for several hours and boiled ima repeat the process just too make sure
