Arite so my friend in Alberta is sending me some of her homegrown Shroomies in the mail in a couple weeks. Just wondering if theres anyway to get caught? I've heard if the shrooms are wet they aren't illegal or something like that anyone hear of this possible nonsense? I live in BC just in case that had to do with anything.

Theres no way they could detect shrooms in the mail. They can't scan shit THAT closely. Even if they could, they could be legal shrooms. I'm pretty sure they don't have the time to waste checking every package of mushrooms that comes through the mail.

While i think its unlikly youll get caught i will dissagree witht he above statement. They CAN scan shit THAT closely. The U.S Postal Service does not fuck around, they have ways. But like i said, your prolly safe. Theres too many factors involved. Good Luck.

If you get a strange letter in the mail from canadian customs, asking you to pick up your letter, Don't! If it's delivered to your house, don't sign for it, if the mail man insists you sign for it, he's probably a cop.

Florida stands out because of a decision in 1978 in Fiske v Florida by the Florida Supreme Court which ruled that wild-picked psilocybin mushrooms could not be legally considered "containers" of psilocybin and thus would have to be specifically listed in Florida law by the legislature if they meant to make them illegal. Since the Florida legislature has not chosen to change the laws since then, wild Psilocybin mushrooms are presumptively legal to possess in Florida. This does not mean police won't arrest people for possession of even wild mushrooms, but this has been used as a successful defense against such charges.
