peeking on your shroomies
Just wondering, is it detrimental to not open the door during night time hours (like it is with cannabis during flowering) while growing shrooms?
It would be nice to be able to check up on them once or twice for a minute or two when they are in their dark period.

i check mine and the light schedule is kinda fucked. since its in my closet the light is on and off... but they seem to grow fine

They don't really have a "dark" period. You can illuminate them 24 hours a day or you can light them up for a second a day.

I use 2 hour on on most light sensitive species and up to 12 hours on if they really seem to want it but studies indicate that most need only a fraction of a second to promote fruiting - in the blue spectrum.
