You have to drink cornstarch and a gallon of bleach and you'll shit out pills.

I bet you could use a vise (40 bucks) and if worse came to worse maybe have a machine shop fabricate something to make a press. Producing like 10 pills/ press that could fit in the vise. I imagine it would look like a hockey puck sliced in half with holes on one side and fingers on the other which fit in the holes. Making something like that on a cnc machine couldn't cost more than 200 I would say.
