So I got 5 perc 10's yesertday for 20 bucks and I just took two and I REALLY want to take 2 more soon but I have no opiate tolerance and I have a pretty empty stomach. The last time I took painkillers was hydros like 2 months ago. Should I take them or should I eat some food before I do it?

No, I really don't. I don't wanna throw them up haha or be sick. I took two mroe but I ate 2 pieces of bacon and a breakfast burrito. It's been 25 mins since I took the first dose and I feel a little buzz, not as much as I'd hoped but I just took the other two and I have some weed to help. I always get worried that it won't kick in when I take them.

yea dude if you take 2 more you will be sick unless you eat. you gotta space the doses out.
Apparently I still have a bit of a tolerance because I'm not feeling it too hard but it's still great. I have some wine and weed to compliment them. Of course, the painkillers I had been taking before were perc 30's, oxycotin, and the occassional snorting of Herowan when there were no pharms.Originally Posted by asdewqasdfgh

40mgs of oxy won't hurt you if you have any opioid tolerance, which it seems you do. You should always cold water extract the acetaminophen out of opioid/APAP combos. It's fast, easy, hits faster and doesn't try to destroy your liver.
And if you DON'T do that extraction and you are hooking down equivelents of 3 or 4 grams of acetaminiophen then for god sake don't be drinking alcohol, if you value your liver at all.

My legs are still tingly but now I have a very strong desire to smoke some weed but my damn phone won't work for some reason and I can't call any friends. I'll sleep well tonight.

I usually start with 5 on an empty stomach and drink a few beers. I usually take another 2 later to keep my mellow going. I get 90 mth script so I can take a few extra once in a while. Enjoy. They are relaxing.

As I said, if you hook them down without extraction and drin those few beers you are endangering - permanently, your liver. You are hooking down two and a half grams of acetaminophen and mixing it with alcohol.
