Hello all. I've been a member on RIU for about 4 months but decided to change my name today. Regardless, I have been prescribed xanax for about 6 months for anxiety. I get 1mg tablets. However i obviously prefer to medicate myself with bud, it doesnt make me want to go night-night like the xanax does. I do like to take some when im in the mood to get real loose, they completely erase all feelings of worry or strife. You dont have a worry in the world and can talk forever. They make me want to be really friendly. the downside is that they sometimes knock me out and they are physically addicting if taken regularly, but i dont. Anyways, anyone else on here take benzos or like to take them? sorry for the rant. Im in a little place i like to call "alprazoland" right now.

LOL good read. I take Prozac and Mirtazapine for depression, OCD, and Anxiety. But yes the Xanax does take the weight off your shoulders. Just don't abuse them.
