greater celandine- alkaloids

I am bringing this thread in this forum, because the techniques knowledge that i am seeking,
is similar to technique used in extraction of some "hallucinogenic substances"

It is a poppy family.
I am trying to extract alkaloids out of this amazing plant that has proven positive result in fight with skin disease, where traditional medicine has failed in multiple attempts.
Can somebody help me with the least intrusive way of storing latex for winter usage, without input of heat or dissolving mediums.

Does anybody knows if this plant clones?
