Producing 4-HO-5-MeO-DMT in Shrooms

Hi all interested. I am fairly new to phsycs in general but have experienced some mainly of the 2c variety to great effect. I have been researching them religously for the last few months and this really caught my attention. I am not a chemist but am working towards it! As i understand by adding 5-meo-dmt to a mushroom substrate/cake the mushrooms produce 4-ho-5-meo-dmt. And can be done with other tryptaminessuch as DPT MIPT ect. I have a very basic knowledge in this but am extremely interested in it. Hopefully others here are interested aswell!

It seems that it's a fairly new idea and almost untouched with very little info on people actually performing it. Hopefully someone who has will pop up here and elaborate.

also just reading some stuff on adding 5ht (serotonin) to the substrate interesting stuff!!! Also shroomery seems the best place to gather info!

Dude i dont think many active ingredients follow through into the actual fruit that is produced by the substrate...Ive had a mate who did a cake with weed stems and cannabis, the fruits didint have any thc high in them or anything and most defintely didint have any...i think the fruits dont pass the shit through...but maybe ya right i dont know...

Check out this link http://www3.interscience.wiley.com/journal/114051536/abstract. I has been done with DPT. It only works with tryptamines. I can only find a little info on it.

Serotonin is too big to get to the brain through the barrier but 5-HTP can....

That is amazing. I read it also has worked with dipt as well.

As already said, it has to be a tryptamine.

So is there any information as to how much of whatever tryptamine would yield per fruit. How would you be abe to measure the content if its inside the fungi. As for each tryptamine forming the HO molecules, theres almost no information towards a dose of 4-ho-dpt.
If there has been any successful stories I'd love to hear, but it doesn't sound extremely promising seeing how they've been testing this for over 20 years now.
