Hehe your pretty fortunate I've mixed both of those together to get a nice opiate buzz going. Though that was when I had no opiate tolerance. Take the 2 tramadol's and in 1 hour or 2 you'll be nodding off (if there 50mg and you have NO tolerance to opiates) as your high from the trammies start to dwindle down pop two Flexeril (the brand name for the muscle relaxer you have. I don't have the time or effort to go back and look how to spell it) and take one aleve and that'll boost your high back to nodding off for abit again. WARNING: taking more than the percribed dose of tramadol may cause siezures, I wouldn't advise taking more than 4 at once. Tramadol's are an opioid agonist meaning that they act the same way as a opiate on the u-opiod receptor and also affect reuptake at the noradrenergic and serotonergic systems. If I missed any information or may have possibly gotten my facts wrong please feel free to correct me. I know i'm definetly not the wisest or most experienced person when it comes to brain chemistry or Opoids/Opiates.

yeah I'm feeling good right now, i know the flex's will mak eme sleep, but i took 2 trems and a hour later another. It has a nice clean high, no itchy noise or anything. I love my doctor! I feel like i'm still peeking and i took them 3 hours ago

I find with tramadol the first couple times you take it, you get a real nice clean opiate buzz but after that all they do if help pain. Its like your body(or just mine) gets a permanent tolerance after the first few times even if you take em a year later .

Not much, not much at all in fact considering there a very commonly prescribed pain medication, I think with over a few million being prescribed it here in the states. Also Tramadol can easily ordered offline without a prescription and no questions ask, you'd probably make better money selling Ativan...
