in an ealier thread i read that u can put mushrooms in an everclear solution an be able to extract the pure psilocybin. i love mushrooms but i hate eating them. my question is: is it possible to inject this substance? and how much should i shoot?

is this a serious question?

if you have a hard time eating them then brew a tea or grind up dry mush and wash down with a tasty beverage.

i dont think thats true. i hate eating shrooms too but i love the trip so like the other guy said i just make tea or grind them up its much better than just eating them.

ya i wouldnt suggest trying to shoot yourself up with psilocybin, especially with high proof alcohol in the mix. if you dont like eating them u could grind them up and put them into capsuls too. i enjoy the taste of mushrooms personally, but if you dont cool ranch doritos mask the taste and texture perfectly, you can make little mushroom and dorito sandwiches. just a suggestion.

I would strongly advise against injecting ANY hallucinogen.

The reason is because injection is basically the quickest delivery method to getting a substance into your blood stream - you do NOT want to do this with hallucinogens because you can quickly burn out your mind, and are far more likely to freak out since the effects will be BAM you're there. Any other method is optimal because your body needs to process it slowly and not in a few seconds.

I hate the taste too, so I no longer eat them straight up.

Search for "cap-m-quick" or "the capsule machine" on ebay or a headshop. This is what I use. It's a small gadget that allows you to make your own pills. I use size 00, and this basically means I swallow 12 pills for a 5 gram dose, and the effect is - as far as I've been able to tell - basically identical to eating them. Granted some people say that holding them in your mouth so the saliva absorbs the psilocybin is important, I've never been able to hold the mushrooms in my mouth for more than one or two solid minutes at a time anyhow, and the fact remains that most psilocybin is absorbed in your stomach during digestion. Plus swallowing pills means that once your stomach acids break down the pill container, it is getting a nice powder form of the mushroom and will be easier to digest (and less likely to induce naseua).

Jesus christ dude. Talk about five-minute drunk. You'd be wasted before you put the needle down injecting yourself with the closest thing you can get to pure alcohol.
