well first and formost hilow!to all and to all a go0d day.,.,i just placed a order early this morn'n for sum golden teacher spores in a syringe from shroom101 was wondering if anyone could give i tips on
1)sterilization
2)inoculation
3)enviorment and anything else that could help im a first time grower of these fungi.,.,.,i was sitting up and stumbled across them and am very curious to the effects and spiritual connections with this fungi.,.,any help would be highly apprieciated.,.,i would basically like to know difrent methods all u have.,.ive read up,and get the jist of it but u can never learn enuff.,.,.,take me to scho0l and teach i the golden rule.,.,.,

clean well, and then clean some more..then you are ready to work.
for inoculation, have plenty of alcohol, a roll of micro-pore tape, wear heavy duty rubber gloves (latex rips too easily), mask, if you have long hair get it under control.
be as clean as possible. heat your needle over a flame and wipe alcohol rag, repeat this after every jar. cover holes with tape.

make a simple incubator to keep jars in until ready.

I crumble my mycelium and mix with moist verm in a bag and spread over many small trays. then put back into incubator for a few days, sprinkle verm ontop, place in fruiting chamber, and mist. then wait.

just be clean about shit. lots of lysol, take a shower right before innoc. and use freshly luanderd clothes. make sure you got a 15 p.s.i. pressure cooker, and let the jars or bags cool fully overnight. then after u innoculate, put them in a clean cooler with a heating pad, or a fishtank heaterr in a glass of water, or anywere that the temps are around 83-85. after that make a f/c add perlite and water and make sure your humidity is 99 or around there for cakes, caseings can be a little lowwer. like 95%. also make sure the temps in ur f/c are 10 degrees lowwer then the temp you colonized with. mist untill you see prim. knots, then stop misting cuzz pins will follow soon. dont forget to fan the co2 out of f/c often

f/c=fruting chamber make sure its see threw plastic cuzz ur gonna need a small amount of light to inniciate fruiting!!!

after you collonize your jars to 100% let it chill for a few more days then break it up and use it to spawn on some rye and make a big casing then you will get fat flushes

you will get a bit of help here but if u wanna get ur tek down go to www.shroomery.com and look in the cultivation part, look in the basic shit, read for hours it will help you get an understanding about what ur going to do, you really should get a book on mushroom cultivation but if u read online enough ull be right....
