so two days ago me and a friend of mine came across some mushies and decided to take them the the following morning. everything was pretty awesome and mellow but bad planning led me to cancel plans with another friend about 4 hours into my trip. it was crazy, i felt so much guilt. lets just say it wasn't pleasant but i eventually pulled through. now the same friend of mine and one other said they would give me a free gram each, but do you think it would be a bad idea? they want to do it this weekend. any input is appreciated

Honestly from what I have found with psychedelics is that if you feel you want to, or you feel you can. Then your body is ready, but if you are hesitant for any reason I would just observe the enchantment. It is never good to rush into something you are unsure of, it can lead to a very deep, unlogical, circular thought pattern and that can cause deep distress, as the deeper you go the more earth gets turned over.
