For the 2nd time ever I smoked some salvia, a little over an hour ago. I had the bright idea to take a trip alone up into the mountains to do it. This time around I bought 15x extract instead of straight leaves.

The hike was great, to get to the top it took some good climbing. I came to about the highest point and decided to sit back a few rocks and bust out my pipe. I loaded a small bowl and smoked it - nothing. Another small bowl - maybe something but still more of nothing. Then a nice sized bowl, it took 2 big hits to cash.

The rest is a bit blurry but as I sat there I became absorbed into my mind. I was staring off into the gaping valley below and out of nowhere I start to panic.

It seemed as if I was about to fall over the edge, even though I was way back and sitting on my ass. I was so freaked out that I tried to stand up, apparently I was unsuccessful because the only thing that happened was a severe spinning forward sensation as the abyss below spun around and around in my head.

Now I was really fearing falling to my death and out of nowhere I actually begin to move. I was able to get up, I backed up a rock or two as if I would fall forward and die if I didn't save myself.

I looked down at my feet, as I stepped over a branch my foot seemed to make a heavy tearing noise as if tearing thru reality itself.... I then spoke, something like "what am I doing. holy shit what am I doing??". I was suddenly a bit more aware of reality but was still slightly trippin.

I quickly seemed to gain more control over my thoughts and calmed down enough to finally go back down. An odd feeling settled over me up until about right now, I got home, smoked some weed and am doing great. And I lost my pipe somehow....

That's it... the package said not to use on balconies. My dumbass used it on a cliff.

Salvia and Mountain are bad combination.
Not advisable.

I hate that shit. It felt like everything in my living room was drifting away when I smoked it. I can't imagine being around large cliffs, or jagged rocks.

No it was Salvia, not sativa. Totally different...

And I will never smoke that shit anywhere but home again.

I've done many many shrooms and a lot of acid and the trip is just not the same. I'ts like you smoke it, and then totally forget you just smoked it.
