i love it, maybe a lil 2 much .... any1 kno a way to extract it? i only wanna do it if i can do it cheap like less than 50$ for all the stuff and i hope its not to much work

extract it? Buy benadryl or generic allergy medication, you can find a bottle of like 100 x 25mg diphenhydramine for mad cheap.

Okay two theories..

First:
Diphenhydramine is the only active ingredient in benadryl right? The only other ingredients are binders.. you could do a CWE (cold water extraction) and remove the non water soluble binders/fillers and such. But then you'd have to evaporate all the water, which would be a pain in the dick IMHO.

Second:
fuck theory, buy diphenhydramine hcl! 5 grams for $27..

hell, i have very complex conversations with my mom and dad after taking a full box. lol. ever try the liquid gel variety? those give me the quickest buzz. the caps with powder in em have the longest lasting buzz and the ones that are just a normal pill seem to lose the intensity of the buzz rather quick. ever try the bennadryl quick dissolve things? i have but it didnt seem to kick in very fast or strongly to me.

no, I have to say after I found out diphenhydramine can cause HPPD (not in the most noticeable way) leaving sparkles and floaters in your vision.. I stopped experimenting.

Man don't talk about HPPD, I just worry myself with stuff like that. I got HPPD after my first strong acid trip, it is quite persistent.
