E. Coca Seeds?

Does anyone know the legality of E. Coca seeds? And is there anyone that knows where to get them?

To the best of my knowledge they are illegal, that goes for non-decocainized leaves as well.

They are available from a couple ethnobotanical sites.. that may be something you want in a PM, but iuno.
