So Ive been smoking weed for a little while now and im sure everyone can relate to the urge you get to experiment with different ways of ingesting this sweet hot holy sacred sexy plant. See, Ive been through it all, multi chamber bongs, brownies, cookies, pipes, shakes, blunts.. the list goes on. But one thing that really gets my attention.... Green Dragon, Weed dissolved in alcohol. To me this is the holy of holies. After this seasons grow Im drooling in anticipation of making this elusive elixer... Anyone have any experiences or tips?

I usually go with Golden Grain or Devil's Springs for the high proof. The more alcohol in the mix the more THC it can hold. I usually just drink enough of the liquor to start throwing nugs in it then let it sit in a dark closet for at least 2 weeks, and then drink it as I see fit. Be warned, 2 shots of 90% alcohol will get you buzzed. 2 shots of 90% alcohol that has 7 to 10 grams of bud in it... will put you on your ass.
The alcohol hits you first because of its ability to pass freely through cellular membranes, so don't get too anxious and drink more, you may end up totally trashed.

OOOO man, Im so excited... so you let them sit over a couple weeks huh? Yea I hear thats the best way. Cooking with high proof alcohol is not exactly a good idea... What about specific ingredient proportions? I hear the best combo is about 2 oz of alcohol and 1/8 of an oz of bud, submerge the weed in the highest proof alcohol let sit for about a month a voila! A very potent weed tincture.
