Set-up in North American would be near impossible though right.... regulations are tight, but odd in some cases!

I have been using google but every combination I try gives me pretty much the same drek. I know having a business lisence is needed as well as GST# and probably some sort of registration on dealing with fine chemicals, like Shepj pointed out. But how do you mean "...a mirage that undercuts DEA and CIA agencies...", but the point of setting up a business would be to supply chemicals, not psychoactive substances, even though there is a love circle overlap, hahaha, so it would be the people on the other end receiving them that would be getting in trouble if they had ill intention, of course they would be cut off in the case they wanted to tell me about there exploits and it contradicts the terms and conditions of the site, right. But I am going to continue to research and I'll let you know what I find out.

A disclaimer on such provisions of the company... such as mushroom spores, cannabis seeds, exotic herbs and tonics...are all grey market sellers... strict regulations are mandated for such setups... you must know the laws of your land specifically.... every jurisdictions has its codes and regulations!

E-mail someone like Sigma Aldrich, and ask if they can direct you about local laws for something of this nature.. they may be able to throw you in the right direction.

Aren't they a big global business... they wouldn't waste their time responding to such a small inquiry. As Shepj previously stated its best to seek an attorney's advice on such matters... because certain markets have different laws, regulations, and permits to operate. I wouldn't waste my time on setting up a RC business... its too much hassle, especially if your actually synthesizing or manufacturing these chemicals!
