Default shroom substrate?
im bout to start to grow sum b+ and wanted to ask u guys for sum advice about wich type of substrate to use. i have vermiculite, but idk if i wana use that or something with more nutrients in it like rice. im trying to do this faster that average so any pointers would b nice thanks.

you use vermic. along with organic brown rice flour . mixed with distilled water . thats your substrate. if you need further assisatance try shroomery.org

i have used brown rice flour, vermiculite, and rye grain.
i like the grain the best.

Brown Rice Flour cakes work but are for suckers. Rye is great.. use a pressure cooker and DONT try to rush it. Patience is a virtue, just let it so its thing. go to the shroomery.. there are many people there who can help you
