out of the 2C-x's, I think only 2C-T-7 and 2C-B are illegal.

Well, there is the Federal Analog Act...but there is no legal precedent involving 2c-e, that I am aware of, and they would have to prove it was intended for human use...meaning it would be a difficult case to prosecute. So yeah, you're in the green.

Warning: A branch of the DEA called The Office Diversion Control has a lot of the 2Cx's listed as drugs to watch out for. At the bottom they suggest prosecuting based on the analogs act. So, NO, it isn't really "legal" just not scheduled.

There is no legal precedent, meaning it has never happened before. If the federal gov't were going to try to and prosecute someone for 2c-e, it would most likely be for large-scale distribution.
