That isn't exactly right, but close....

True... they both turn into psilocin, but psilocybin is the phosphate ester of psilocin. Where as 4-aco-dmt is the acetylated form of psilocin. Psilocybin is rapidly dephosphorylated in the body into psilocin and 4-aco-dmt is deacetylated into psilocin.
