Well u need the spores to make shrooms because there the seeds but it all depends if that cap has seeds inside of it that r still of some use

This post was unnecessary. You could have answered this yourself within minutes using Erowid (or the dreaded Wiki). Do some research, educate yourself for christs' sake and stop being so damn lazy. I realize this is a forum for asking questions but some of these questions lately are just rediculous. Researching drugs is just like the research you did/do in school. The only difference is when someone gives you the wrong answer, you could end up in the hospital/jail/a coffin.

Just out of curiosity, and I mean no disrespect but who are you to make a post like this? Some kid who joined two months back making yourself sound like you've been here for years. The kid is trying to educate himself the best way he sees fit. Hell, I even agree with you - Erowid is the best source for drug education online, chances are he had no idea. You just came across as a real douche in this post..

you can take a fresh shroom cap and use it to innoculate some sterizled substrate.
