Hey every body iv got some questions that need answers. K so here it goes, iv been getting drug tested for too fucking long and its Almost Over! I havent touched weed for months and months now and im soo close to the end of my drug and alcohol counseling that i can basically smell the fucking herb ima be indulging on. Well starting this last friday i sorta went a bit nuts and up untill sunday i have been sorta on a binge of hardcore pain killers ( Oxcy and Fent) and MDMA via molly. Now i know my next drug test wont be till next wednesday and iv read that all the drugs named above shouldnt take any longer than 3 to 4 days to completely leave my system, but im still a bit nervous about the whole thing. In retro spect i probably shouldnt have done all those drugs because im sooo close too finnishing up my stupid fucking cort ordered program that iv been on since the end of last September! I would go fucking Ape Shit if i had to restart again at this point. Iv already had 2 or 3 restarts and thats why its taken me soo long to finnish what should of been a 90 day strech. BUt its turned in to a ten month strech and thank fucking God its almost over. So Please could any one give me some reassurance that ill be fine. Or if not let me know because i can always make up some excuse to skip next week and prolong the Drug test to give the metabolites more time to completely get out of my system. They use a very sensitive drug test and a lab and doesnt actually test for the drugs them selfs but for the metabolites of the drugs. Again any in put would be more than welcome

The drugs you took should be out of your system in 3 days to a week.If you can prolong the test then do it! I personally would just for the sake of possibly having to restart.I'd also work out as much as possible for the next few days, take some Niacin (drink a red bull)and get the sweats.

It should be out of your sytsem. Just drink a lot of water, and don't do anything else until its done. I've had to do random drug testing before, and I smoked 5 days before my test, and still passed.

Bro, to the best of my knowledge OC and Fent break down into codeine instead of morphine in the body? They should not show up on a drug test if that is correct. MDMA is not usually tested for and can only pass (false positive) for amphetamines.. hopefully it sped up your metabolism and got the other shit out of your sys. Drink water & Gatorade you'll pass.

Like I said earlier, I am almost positive it breaks down into codeine, hence, is not tested for.

I know for a fact that this place does test for codeine. One of the other patients that goes there with me was restarted for consuming cough syrup with codeine in it. He told me about it and then later the group moderator/ counselor brought it up.

Oxy and Fentanyl don't break down to anything. Thebaine is the precurser to oxy, not codeine. Fentanyl will be out of your system in 4-8 hours, not that it matters because it won't show up for opiates anyway. The only thing i would worry about is the e.

My friend.. there is a reason people use the term "OxyCodeine"... Oxycodone is produced via oxidation of Codeine. Stop using wikipedia to argue, yes originally Oxycodone was "synthesized from opium-derived thebaine", but if you pay attention down at the "synonyms" column on the right you'll read:

14-hydroxydihydrocodeinone

Albeit I was wrong about it breaking down into codeine (thanks erowid):

Fentanyl is out of your body in 4-8 hours? Where did you get that bullshit, if you use a patch for administration, as the gel works similar to a time-release (if you will) getting into your body, it also does the same coming out of your body.

Anyways, if both Oxycodone and Fentanyl require a GC/MS test, and if I am right you'll be taking a cheap "SAMHSA-5", you should pass fine.
