Ive heard stories from sum of the local potheads and hallucinogenics users that if you eat a certain amount of nutmeg you will begin 2 feel an out of body experience followed by an intense vibrating feeling?Theve said that theyve tripped sometimes and also lost sight for breif moments sounds dangerous do any of you have any info or things theve heard about this common household spice?

The trip is absolute garbage. It is about 10x WORSE than a diph trip. Do not do it.

Yes, it is just a term for diphenhydramine. I had to learn the hard way (I was all of 12 at the time I tried it) that was a good 20 years ago.

damn a friend of mine said he took like 14 at once and just feel into a deep state of consiousness that while he was seeing shit and everything was all bright and aurorus he saw trailos n shit bad trip id say that shit is crazy like waaaaaay worse than like any "hallucinogen i've heard of"

searched it on erowid;

"Myristica fragrans is a large evergreen tree that's fruit contains a large central seed (the nutmeg). It is used as a spice as well as acting as a deliriant if consumed in large quantities. Its effects are long-lasting and are considered unpleasant by most who experience them."

i would make poppy tea first tho

Ingredients:
2-4 large dried giganthemum pods or 5-10 medium pods
2 cups water per person
1 medium size pot
1 medium porous strainer or cheesecloth
1 regular mechanical or electric coffee grinder
1 table spoon Honey or Sugar
2 slices lemons
