EDC was my first massive and it was one of the best nights of my life. The energy at kinetic field was epic and full of love...

Did anyone catch Kaskade's set? His opening gave me the chills. Best set of the night followed by Benassi and Guetta.

This is a very interesting discussion about all the different substances people preffer to party on. I personally like going "up" so I was rolling and bumping all night at EDC. I've never done acid before but would assume its more of a downer than an upper? Also how well does acid go with progressive trance?

I think its just a new generation that prefers ecstacy and trance rather than acid and rock... oh and MJ of course

kaskade had a good set, james zambiela before him was way better. although when kaskade was playing that bangin ass techno i was like, "kaskade doesnt play techno.....wait, he is....and its fucking GOOD!!!"

benassi was epic, pretty lights ruined my legs for the rest of the festival(i couldnt stop dancin), and oakenfold totaly blew 2 blends! i couldnt believe it...the man gets $180,000 to spin records for 2 hours and he fucks up twice...i was appauled.

dont associate so-cal with rest of california, all about northern california. Im from california and its the sh1t. Southern Cali is straight bunk.

I am originally from northern california and yes, SlikWill hit it on the button...

There are haters everywhere but I definiately noticed a lot less compared to up north after moving down here.

the funny part of it is norcal is sopposed to be all the hippies. i think sometimes they get so wrapped up in thier hippieness that they start to think that thier better than everyone else. dont get me wrong, i dont have a problem with hippies for the most part, most of my best friends are newer-wave hippies. but ive witnessed first hand how some of them just think theyre better that others.

that's just a prick then, a real hippie would get along with everybody. I use my self as an example, i don't really dress like one, but wat is with stereotyping anyway? It's a way of life not a fashion line.
You can tell a real hippie is just living life and happy about it. I'm kinda of a nature hippie my-self. There is nothing like taking some shroomz and walking in a forest.
