I'm already about a month into my pf tek with brown rice flour and all that, but i just bought a pressure cooker and am hoping that someone could give me a good method that involves grains and all that.

I've had the most success making casings with pop-corn and pasteurized dung.

Its best to use bags IMO
I fucking hate having to have so many canning jars in my house.

does anybody know where to find rye berries, other than just a "whole food store"

health food shop, make sure its organic, others may have been treated with fungicide...
I also use corn like popcorn or whole corn, and a spritz of pasturised horse pooh for caseing.

wbs aint to hard plus its faster and has more nutrients....
