What is the easiest and most effective way to prepare and consume Peyote or San Pedro cacti?

And SWIM would like to not bother with an extraction of the mescaline. But any hints and suggestions are welcome!

Yeah, erowid has some extractions. But I'd need a lot of time and a lot of time away from parents for this. Tea sounds like a safe bet, probably tastes shitty, but it also probably gets the job done...

Hey bro,i think your best bet on an extraction of mescaline for either cactus would be a hot water extraction.You want to harvest the outer skin,this is where the psychedelic alkaloids dwell. then you would continue to boil the skins until you get goo forming at the bottom of your pan.You then roll said goo in2 a ball or several,then ingest,hope this helps.....

MJ shroomers recipe @erowid works well. use RO water and add the juice of one lemon per pound of cacti (pedro). cook it good and long~until you are 18 at least

Yeah I know, I didn't but you should,.it really does work GREAT. tastes bad doesn't begin to touch it but it is oh so effective.

Your gonna want to leave the outer scin , this is where all the nausiatin properties are. Take the white, leave the core and scin. Cut up into blocks, freeze, then dice and boil. Tastes alot better cold so put in freezer again. Also tried the lemon, works shweet, but cant realy tell your exact yield as all the juices are diluted. Also I think it mellows out the "kick" of the mescaline self, but does prolong the experience quite dramaticly. (Days!!) Blessed

if you freeze em you'll dry em out...if you really wanna get fucked up cut out the core... chop it up in lil cubes as was said...but try dipping them in sugar to overcome the taste...try to pop as many in your mouth (fresh) as possible before you puke (from what I hear you will puke if there fresh) but after you puke you'll be gone.
