Seriously, it's cough syrup. Very strong. As you probably know. Dink and enjoy.
Be careful though, if you're not that familiar and don't know your tolerance you CAN hurt yourself, really.
FYI - Because it' is absorbed through your stomach it will have a peak at about 30 minutes a half life of about 4 hrs, so use some common sense when "doubling up", don't combine opiates with alcohol, and enjoy the ride.

What else would you do with it besides drinking it? I wouldn't take it on a bright sunny day as high doses of homatropine will cause severe sensitivity to light. Besides that I guess just don't over do it...smoke weed with it.
