I take ambien I have mad insomnia! I built a tolerance for it though...I usually cycle stuff...one thing when I did first start taking ambien......I could never remember falling asleep!! I'd fall asleep on the couch and wake up on my bed in the morning....no recollection whatsoever

ya i took ambien to help me sleep before its only when you fight it you hallucinate and if you keep taking it and fighting it. I think its really bad for you.

You can get brain bubbles and aneurysms.

Bump for the Ambien thread. Woot I just ate a couple so I felt like digging up an old thread.

I have a script and I use it relationally on occasion. Anybody thinking of trying it for the first time, you can get quite twisted off 20mg-40mg of Ambien if you stay up. If you combine it with alcohol it's even more outrageous. When combined it seems like the effects of both are multiplied. Careful though, I've done some crazy things while on Ambien and I never remember what happened. It's one of the greatest things ever when your under the influence of it though, very good time.

Also a warning to noobs, blowing Ambien is like blowing hot sauce. Believe me, I thought how bad can it be? Well it's bad. Crush them and mix with water or let them disolve in your mouth. It acts fast anyway. Stay safe.
