It's a great experience but just make sure you are educated on any drug you take. MDMA releases serotonin in your brain. This is what gives you the powerful experience. Since our bodies rarely use serotonin naturally it takes a while to replenish. After a good trip it can take up to 2 weeks or more to replenish the serotonin. Many people I believe mistake what is actually a low serotonin level for "tolerance". They then take more to get the same effect. A disturbing fact about mdma is that it breaks down into hydrogen peroxide in your brain. Drink orange juice, or anything with vitamin C, to counter this. If you really want to replenish serotonin levels in your body the key is tryptophan. The stuff everyone knows is in turkey and makes you sleepy. It's found in much higher concentrations in shellfish though.
