im growing opium (peony) poppies this year. they are a sinch to grow, just plant the seeds and by summer i have flowers.

last year i tried to extract the opium, but it was stupid and took froever, was not worth it.

i've been reading about this poppy pod tea, you crush up the pods, abouit 4 or 5 only.., remove the seeds.. and steep it in a tea for 20 min and add lemon juice.

the high lasts for more than 10 fucking hours apparently! and since it is mostly morphine, its much stronger than prescription pillls.

has anyone ever done this? share your experiance, i cant wait to try!

I Don't Know If It's The Same Thing But My Old Uncle Once Invited Me Over For Tea. He Said He Made It From One Of His Opium Bushes Which Are Called, Lily, Laura, And Luanne. The Stone Lasted Quite Long And Was Also Quite Numbing.

hmm.. it might be. all i know is, the tea is supposed to be very disgusting and bitter.

Well It Wasn't Exactly Bitter, I Put Honey In Mine. But It Was Very Odd Tasting. But It's Smell Was A Powerful Intoxicating Kind Of Smell.

Be very careful with this... there is no standard dosage and no way to estimate the strength of your tea... so pace yourself, it's better to go slow and hit a good high than have a ton if it and end up in the hospital.

Only One Cup A Day Is Advised.
