Hey everyone in the next few days i will be purchasing a syringe from ralphsterspores and im wondering what psilocybin cubensis i should cultivate. im looking for good flushes, and somethin that will drop a good spore print, but is more potent...thinking somethin between amazon, golden teacher, treasure coast, or panama. if anyone has any comments about flushes, potency and the spore print capability that would be awesome.

are you experienced with shrooms? i bought a decent kit a few years ago which came with the p.c. mexican strain. it lasted 5 flushes, maybe more if i would have 'refreshed' it.
i recall it being very potently giggly, rather than losing touch with space and time.

-not that i couldnt cope without reality, i just dont get much time to my self to trip out

I've read many opinions similar to "a cube is a cube" in reference to potency, with a possible exception being Penis Envy (does not drop a lot of spores). I've scoured shroomtalk, shroomery, and myco something and the majority of the opinions are "cube is a cube".

Shrug. I decided to give it a stab like you. Got 12 1/2 pint sterilized jars from ebay, a syringe of b+ from 101, and the rest of the shit needed from big lots/cvs. Why b+ ? Supposedly good with temperature/co2/humidity variation. It's like getting gold fish for a new fish tank.

I would seriously also advise you to rather grow shrooms from spore or liquid culture if available
I have grown several strains, and even from one spore print they can vary so much in appearance, that I am realy probably never going to be at ease eating a wild harvested shroom, without watching someone actualy tripping off it.

You see shroom poison is a bitch, some, by the time you feel the effects, have allready damaged your kidneys etc beyond repair, others will kill you in 20 years...

yea baker man i hear ya, i dont think a cube is a cube. i need somethin with a good spore print drop, even if only on first flush, so i can continue this. and there is no point in doin this unless i get sometin noice.

I have another question...Instead of using a desicant inorder to dry, why dont you put the shroom in with a cup or rice. the rice are very obsorbant, would only take a few days and could have a closed container. Dont think it would decrease potency, Any1 here of using this as a drying method??

go with p.e.s.h. colonizes fast and gives thick meaty fruits, big ass stems too. hardly any aborts. or amazonian is also good

cubensis is cubensis is cubensis.

Some people claim some strains are better than other but growing conditions and nutes makes the only difference.

I didn't know you had to give shrooms "nutes". Never heard of that before.

adding used coffee grounds to your bulk substrate gives them beneficial nitrogen. Bone meal is also a good additive.
