ok, now ive eaten and sold many harvested magic mushrooms, and all of them that were any good had lots of blue and purple spots all over them, why is it that on erowid.org and many other shroom sites, none of the supposed halluciatory mushrooms have any psilocybin spots on them...they just look like regular tan/gold mushrooms, i thought that all of the shrooms that u trip on had to have blue spots....anyone have any input on this? does some magic mushrooms have no color spots on em but u still trip? please help i wanted to harvest some shrooms sometime in the future and need to know what strain to get and what to look for...;

the blue and dark colored spots you see are bruises on the mushrooom. They get bruised when handled a bit rough when they are still fresh. It has nothing to do with psilocybin

The blue is s imply oxidisation as a result of bruising or sundrying, gentle treatment provides nice white fungi.

OK I need a little bit of help from some one who "Knows". I live in CA I need magic mushroom spores what site will send them to me? Now i keep getting "oh any site will send them" but they all say on their page "Will not send to CA" cause well its illegal. So some one who has actually ordered them and had them delivered to CA please help me out.

If you psilocybe hasnt been all over town then it shouldnt be to blue! Its simple oxidation, a very natural process!

Again, psilocybe mushrooms only bruise otherwise when tampered with! Erowid pics show shrooms fresh and not dried, its a different source so don't be alarm! although all psychoactive mushrooms don't bruise blue, but its their main characteristic!
