my friend just gave me 2 valiums for free, i never tried them before they are small and blue and say 10 on them. im just lookin for some reviews before i test them out for my first time.

Its alright, all it really does is slow your heart rate, relax your muscles and make u really sleepy. I regrettable admit i used to take about 15 of the 10mg ones at a time no problem so take the two and see if u like it.

ugh, wait until you have an empty stomach. Then, fill your mouth with water and pop 1. Chew the pill and swallow the chewed pill and water. Drink more water. Wait 30 mins.

Then you'll feel pretty relaxed. Doin' em this way will give a full effect. Its OK if you have an eggo or a piece of toast or something on your stomach, too. I don't recommend taking both this way, right away, lest ye be wantin' to sleep.

yeah, i'd say if you've never taken em before, just take the one 10mg. there prescribed for folks that have anxiety. i personally take em for plane rides. they make me feel kinda like how xanax does, just sleepy and numb. You'll enjoy it
