So next week im gonna be trying acid for the first time with a bunch of my good friends. were gonna be in a pretty safe environment for it but even so i was wondering if i could get anyone's advice on who to deal with it if i get a bad trip going, and what i should do to keep a good trip going?

Bad trips are a rare thing in my vast experience of Acid, so first off dont think about it. Also, only take it if you are already in a good head space with no life worries because believe me if you do you will probably think about whatever it is worrying you at some point while tripping and it can be a real downer. Otherwise if you feel a little out of control I always use to find repeating my full name address, place of birth and other shit reassured me I was still fine. If you cant remember that though you have already lost your mind and pychosis is all thats left...hehehehehe. Have fun and start with a low dose and work your way up if you want to really enjoy it. Memories.......

I cant count the times ive tripped!Did it overseas even.The key is that you are all friends and no negative things or people,Rent some comedies "the wall'

ive fought the negs alot and won... make sure you dont feel bad either, like a cold or stomach ache etc. that always seemed to increase my chances..

Well, it's good your with friends. That's key. You don't want go around many other folks when you go into heat. I 've done it about 25 times. The thing you want to do is have NO immediate problems coming, no court dates, no exams, no job interviews, no sick relatives on their death bed... I know life isn't always the best, but if you have any shit looming in the back of your head, you may have a bad trip. I only had 1 out of 25 experiences that went a bit negative. The 1 bad wasn't that bad either.
Be in a good mood, have plenty of things to occupy your time. We did finger painting and watched classic disney movies. Pretty much everything you do will be interesting in a new way. If you drink beer, buy plenty, as you will not be even fazed by a noticeable alcohol buzz until about the 18th beer. You may smoke all your weed too Enjoy and be careful. Avoid driving unless it's a total emergency and even then I'd probably call 911 if someone lost a finger

well one, dont go into it worrying about having a bad trip. its pretty hard to have a bad trip man.. my first time right before i took it my sister was bitching at me (with my friends in the basement and they could hear her) about how my friends are fuck ups and are going to snitch on me? idk it was out of no where but it got me feeling shitty

anyways i took it regardless of being in a bad mood and i had an amazing trip.

but music is pretty key when tripping so make sure youve got some good shit.. also, if you have an xbox360 and a decent tv go to the visualization thing that xbox has... its rediculous

cus you can sort of control it and change it with the analog sticks.. i was sitting there playing with it for probably an hour last time i tripped

Smoke weed.... it will help keep your mind from racing too much. Nothing like a good bowl when tripping!

There may/should be scary moments, untill you learn some control over your emotions...

Weed will help 0 on real acid...

As with most psycedelics, I suggest a good bath before the time... as you realy look and feel dirty on the way down...

But, you will be a new more whole person when you worked through the experience.

Actually, weed does work with real LSD. With some people it intensifies the trip, so start slow.
And look and feel dirty on the way down? I would have to say that is the first time I've heard that description so I'd have to lump that with your personal reaction. Some of my best trips have been after not showering for 3 days at a music festival. I was plenty filthy, but it didn't detract from my trip.

And... there never "should" be scary moments on acid. Intense, challenging...yeah sometimes depending on dosage and purity. Occasionally scary if not in a comfortable setting, bet that is not mandatory for a trip.

it was too much for me , couldnt handle it.
left me in a mind state of confusion
may be i would of liked better it if i took a lower dose.
and for that dude that said "weed will help 0 on real acid" so wrong. its perfect with something like acid on the come up and
DEFFINETLY on the come down so my suggestion is dont take it without weed , because ur gunna want weed soo bad when the trip is
over but probobly going to be to paranoid to drive to get it
