Syringe. Although it's hard to get syringes outside the US.

Prints are a bit harder to use, but not that complicated. All you need is to scrape off al the spores off the print and then mix them in a syringe with water.The only problem is that spores of a print don't stay hydrated, which lowers their growing capacity. You'll still get good shrooms, but you might want to use more spores to be sure that you'll grow some nice mycelium.

PS: I did order stuff from shamanic extracts, but not prints/syringes, just dry herbs. They did arrive fast, with a simple, unsuspicious package.
