Hey guys.
I innoculated my mycobag over a month ago. I've mixed the bag a couple times as the mycelium has been growing. Recently, it seems like the growth has really slowed down. All the information out there says to fruit once the bag is fully colonized, but there is nothing out there that describes what defines a fully colonized bag. The mycelium in my bag is covering everything, but the grain is still peaking through the white stuff. When I squeeze the bag, it seems very spongey. There's shake all over the inside wall of the bag, so its hard to see everything clearly. I've posted some pictures below (not very good ones though). Hopefully someone can help me out. Thanks! ![]() ![]()
