I got hooked up with a 4 oz bottle of Promethazine w/ Codeine prescription cough syrup for free this weekend and i'm gonna try it out for the first time today and I wanted to see what RIU thought. It contains 6.25mg/5mL of Promethazine (Phenergan) and 10mg/5mL of Codeine.

I am planning on putting about 2 ounces of the syrup into a cup with about 12 ounces of Sprite and a grape Jolly Rancher for novelty. Is this the traditional way of doing it? To be honest I couldn't find much about it on the internet, save for a few DIY Syrup recipes with dumbass wannabe gangsters that are gonna end up killing themselves. I watched one video where a guy mixed 4 oz of the Prometh/Codeine with a Red Bull, a fentanyl sucker, what looks like a 5/500 Vicodin and about three shots of Don Julio Anejo (Note: All you real tequila lovers out there will agree that this is blatant and shameful use of such a high quality tequila - at least use the silver...).

Anyway let me know your recipes for lean, maybe share a good/bad experience you had with the stuff, fuck it you can flame me too if you feel like it. Any feedback is appreciated!

fuckin grape kool aid 1/4 cup sugar and the whole 4 oz in a 20oz cup

We drop a 4 in a 20 ounce and call it 24s

you sit on 24s and we sip on 24s

Just mix in all the purp into a cup after you pour sprite into the cut, add a few ice cubes and have a blast.

I would also recommend smoking it, either let a nug soak in it overnight or roll up a sweet and suck the lean like juice through a straw.
