Ok. I have a serious question for all of you out there. I understand there is some risk anytime you expirement with any drug, but i have heard that shrooms can kil you if its a bad batch?? i kno some jsut dont work, but kill you?!?!?! i gotta kno cause the only thing keepin me from growin those bad boys is the possibility of me killing myself!haha

killing would be a bit extreme. it would take a lot and a lot of you doing nothing abt it. you can get bad batches definately but if and when you do, if it calls for it, you get your stomach pumped soon after you realize their bad shrooms

its usually mold that makes it a bad batch. when i get mushies, i ask the person who i bought them from if he has sold other bags and made sure other people have eaten then first, and make sure they are still alive....

as long as their a psychedelic sh-room and you don't over do it your cool.

As long as the guy you buy them from doesn't put any fillers in there (like random mushies off the ground that look similar to the real ones) you should be fine.

People don't die from shrooms bro the LD-50 is too high, you would have to eat pounds. The bad batch thing is mostly for growers. If the mushrooms start to rot they can become toxic. The risk of obtaining toxic rotten mushrooms is really low and I think you would smell them too . . Just don't eat mushrooms that smell like shit (manure is ok ).

People know mushrooms can be poisonous so they don't get any "bright" ideas about selling "fake" shrooms, then they would be wanted for murder as well just not good business practice. . .

Even these compounds are eliminated by drying, people don't eat lots of fresh shrooms. You trip of a few grams so reaching the LD-50 would be near impossible you would be tripping too hard to eat more. Most of the toxic compounds are what cause the nausea as well at a higher dose. The vomiting alone will discourage someone from eating too many. OD on shrooms would be damn hard to pull off, not impossible like pot but close.
