I've only smoked it twice and the trips were rediculous...
These are my stories and my advice...

1st trip: BAD
Sitting on the front porch of my buddies house smoking it out of a corn pipe... I completely blacked out after feeling like someone or something was pulling my skin off of my body and woke up face down in the front lawn screaming.

2nd trip: AWESOME!
Sitting in my training buddy's garage on his sparing mats and held it in as long as I could. Everything became pixelated and eventually everything became block shaped like legos. I laid down and flew off into space then felt like I was sky diving... Still had the skin crawling effects but this time I expected it and didn't fight it.

Advice:
- Smoke with a friend - Smokin with a buddy and take turns watching each other. Most trips that I've witnessed last between 2.5 - 5 minutes depending on the strength of the salvia. ex. 10x 20x 100x etc...
- Don't fight the trip - It is going to feel like your world is peeled away and will most likely scare a sane person at least a little bit the first time.
- Legal - Its still legal in most states (42) and some countries in Europe.
- Be safe - Be in a controlled environment and for god sakes don't DRIVE!

yeah ive had some nice trips with that shit as well. Like 2 days ago some daytime show called the drs was on on like cbs i think and they had a guy on their staff smoke it to show the effects on your brain or some shit but anyways it was hillarious.

Try this next time... don't eat for 6 or so hours before the time... take a nice shower... find some place dark and quiet light a candle and extinguish this as the trip takes hold...

The first time I smoked Salvia red and blues dots formed above me and came together to form a worm which then started dancing above me and singing to me.

The second time clowns with blankets started to run around my room.

The third time I thought I was being sucked down a sink and than procedued to drift down a sewer pipe in a blow up one person raft.

My fourth time which was yesterday was the weirdest, I was trying to use Saliva as a spiritual enlightenment and ended up being in some kind of paper bag rollercoaster cart and having some crazy faced asian women telling me I needed to get out of the cart. Then I asked them what the meaning of life was and they left. Afew seconds after I asked them I heard a sterotypical gay mans voice or jewish womens voice tell me the meaning of life is like the seeds I was growing (Im trying to grow weed). That human life started out with just a bunch of things falling into place at the right time.

Each experience to me was fun because I read about what it does and what to expect. I also like to idea of escaping into another reality to see what my mind can come up with.

(P.S. every trip was on just 10x out of a bong. I also get the funny bugs under your skin crawling effect everytime I do it too though whenever I lay back after smoking it, it feels like a bunch of saliva got to the back of my throat and im about to choke)

Did you know it is unheard of for salvia to be smoked where it originated... It would almost be an insult in the eyes of these people... But I do agree eating enough is also not fun.

Ugh, intense shit, salvia is.

Time #1: Leaves. I smoked, chewed, and ate like 5 grams of leaves until for like 1 minute my vision "framed out" and I thought, "This must be what it feels like for a video games to be reset."

Time#2: 20x extract. I didn't wanna fuck around anymore with leaves. I got out my 3-foot bong, and load a bowl of 20x salvia. I knelt down on the floor, ripped the bong, then sack down "indian style". I felt hot 10-20 seconds after the rip. So I took my Bob Marley hoody off, and leaned back. My hands were propping my body up, and they started to feelt as if they were sinking/melting into the carpet and becoming 1 (imagine pouring water into more water). A pressure came up the back of my neck, over my skull, and covered my whole body. I looked up from the floor to the walls, then ceiling and it was all very tall, and dark; like Alice in Wonderland shit. I looked at the doorway that was ~6 feet away, and it looked like a mouth closing. Next, I deduced that since the mouth was closing, I needed to get out before I was eaten. I fought the intense gravity to get to my knees, and once I had traveled ~3 feet, I heard voices. I reasoned these voices were coming from the room's stomache before it sounded as if the voices were coming from behind me (I'm facing the mouth). I crawl up to my computer chair, and listen to the voices. They are saying "Chill out" in an immature/fairy sounding voices. So I closed my eyes, took some breaths (regulated) and looked at my comp. Seeing my AIM away msg, I had remembered that I smoked salvia and it was like 4pm on a wednesday, and that everything that just happened was intense and lasted for 7 minuted. My body felt floored.

Time #3: 20x extract. 8 inch bong rip the face made me think I was a bottle of soap in a commercial on the TV I had on in the room. I just sorta layed there and dreamed it...not intense like time #2.

During all of these times, I had no sitter. Although I tried to be Capt. BigBalls McDruggerson by doing the 20x out of a giant bong to the face, I felt that because of my other exerperiences, and learnings that I could handle it. I did have an old hippie in the basement, while I was upstairs. He was stoned and watching Judge Judy.

Also pretty sure I was smokin' buds during all of these times.

i've done salvia a few times. my first trip was horrible i think mostly because i was in a car baaaaaad idea. we were driving down the street at the speed limit and it was night so the street lights were on and it felt like i was going through space at warp speed and i was yelling at my friend telling him to slow down. it was awful, but also one of the best nights of sleep i have ever had. all the other times were fun but that shit just cost's too much for such a time of high, i'll do it again, but i won't pay for it again.

Just plant one... over here a plant is less than $50 delivered...
