im looking to grow some shrooms.. spores101.com seems pretty legit.. what are the best shroooms on there to grow? i dont know much about the shrooms or witch ones to eat so where should i start? and if i do grow what would the yeild be?

I would get golden teachers for a first timer.

But though they'd like to think that strain means anything, with mushrooms it realllly doesn't matter. Especially in terms of potency and yield. Most shrooms will grow around the same given similar conditions. However, golden teacher does have a good reputation for being easy to grow and easy to adapt to different grow variables.
