i want to start selling pipes out of my house and i was wondering if anybody knows how to get a tobacco license so i can keep the pigs off my back, seen i am also growing

I'd say go sell them at your local Flea Market, you'll get a lot more exposure to customers and most flea markets only charge $15-25 to set up shop for the weekend.

The cost and terms of tobacco licenses vary from state to state, you can search on google for YOUrSTATE "tobacco license" and you'll probably find what you need. I know in cali it's $100 for a license to sell tobacco for a year.

Oh, and another thing, in my area there have been a number of raids on pipe shops, usually stipulating that pipes have to be sold without carbs, otherwise they're illegal, and they've used the fact that they have pipes with carbs to raid the places, and if they raid your home rest assured they will find your plants, best not to sell at home and possibly subject yourself to any publicity stunt raids from the police.

it's $100 here too but i can't find out where to go to register for one...and my plants died anyways, so i don't have to worry about that
