Agreed, selling a pipe is illegal if it has a carb, is completely idiotic. The laws are half-assed nonsense made by a pathetic restrictive government.

Old pipes never had carbs. They are also bad for you. You get no oxygen intake if you try to get all the smoke which is really harsh on your lungs. With a carb at the very least you are getting a little oxygen and getting all your smoke. Much safer than hitting a smog of smoke. They should except it as a "healthier" way of smoking rather than saying it is illegal.

Tobacco and Alcohol continue to be legal because they are a "population controller." Just think, combined, they are over 500,000 deaths a year. Just think, if those 500,000 would be living and at the rate we repopulate the planet, we will overflow eventually. They are needed to irradicate people legally over a period of time.

I am getting side trakced (sorry). Anyway, you can go about getting a license but selling at your home is asking for bad news. You should rent a small shop or a flea market strip. I would go with the strip. People will see you and you get to sit on your ass and make money. Plenty of good food and good things to buy with the money you do make while you are there lol.

You don't need a tobacco license to sell pipes in Michigan, (and carbs are fine). You just need to get a Small business license, keep sales records, and pay your taxes. You'll be fine.
