check erowid.org for dosages to get to the different levels. we're of similar size. i think 300 mg got me high, 600 mg took me beyond.

n e ways i just use this dosage calculator you type in your weight and it tells you what dosages to get to certain plateaus http://ledahosting.com/~ahughes/DXM/dxmcalc.htm

Oh and just to tell you i forgot to earlier dont drink alcohol with dxm it is an moa inhibiter you can get seriously hurt or sick

If u already drank though dont worry just stop.
Be sure to dont worry and be happy!! Just a little bit longer and ull be balls deep

both bottles will be fine just let the trip take you and have fun dont worry about it but make sure u smoke or nausea will hit u big time

edit: i have done both the liquid and pills. the nausea form the pills take a lil longer to hit you but if u smoke after finishing the bottle should be fine. and try to walk somewhere outside. sucks being locked up in a house on it
