Default Mushroom Mycobag Contamination? Need Help!

Hey guys. I ordered a mycobag from sporebank.com and inoculated it about a week ago. I sterilized my workspace, wore gloves that were soaked in alcohol, cleaned my needle and the bag with an alcohol soaked cotton ball and taped up the hole when I was done. About 5 days after inoculation, I saw a dime sized blueish/gray spot right at the inoculation point. Now at 7 days, the spot is quarter sized.

This is my first attempt. I have no experience with this. What's going on here??? Thanks for the help!
