can anyone help me here? ive had to cancel my order for my peruvian torch because of confusion with dosing, ive been told that 20g (dried) would be a good dose then i was told tat would only be very mild, then someone said 15g is a good dose, then another suggested taking 40g! has anyone any experience with either of these cacti? if you have could you please recommend a good dose

If you mean dried cuttings, I've heard dosage is between 20 and 40 grams, depending on the specific cactus the cuttings were taken from and the reaction of the person ingesting them. I have an ounce of cut up peruvian torch in my closet waiting to be consumed sometime. And if you didn't know, peruvian torch is higher in mescaline content than san pedro, so it should require at least a slightly smaller dose, but I really have no idea.

Do all 40g, for my first time I did about 60g -80g, best night of my life, you wont regret it. good luck

Alkaloid concentrations vary greatly from species to species and from plant to plant. That being said, 40g should be a great experience with no overkill.

Never eaten san pedro, however peruvian torch is the single worst tasting thing I have ever ingested. Trust me, you don't want to down an ounce and a half of the nastiest shit in history only to throw it up twenty minutes later and not feel shit. Do an extraction. Erowid.org for instructions, or google/bluelight if erowid's language is a little advanced.
