so my friends got a gram of 20x and didn't smoke it right so they didn't trip to hard. were gonna buy some more and from what I've read on here it should be hit from a bong (preferably an ice bong cause salvia burns hot) and should be lit with a torch lighter, correct?
also when the actual trip comes on i shouldn't try and fight it or take control right? and how long did your trip last (most say around 5 mins) thanks for the help

I smoked my salvia through a regular pipe, just like my weed...worked fine for me. the trip only last about 7 minutes or so though. also dont try and fight it itll really make freak out...lol saw that happen once.

Yes, I have heard a torch and a bong is the way to go for salvia. Just sit back and try to enjoy it too, I hated it and won't do it again but to each their own.

My trip lasted 8-10 min but again, its how you smoke it.

A bong is the only way I can feel the full effects of salvia. All you really need is 1 huge rip. I've tried bowls but they don't work, they just make you feel heavy.

bong rips are the way to go....it only takes one good rip, but i would go for the 40 or 60 x stuff...the purple sticky is what i had....i think the 40 x is the best....haven't tried above 80, but i thought the 80x was crap i might as well have been smoking dried leaf....but after i smoked the 40x i said never again (i didn't mean it, i'd do it again but it can be a little overwelming and intense)
