Alright so I've got 16 XtraSun lights in my room. They're 6" Vortex fans, AC reflectors weighing at 16 lbs. 8" high times width 23.75 length. So I'm looking at 452 CFM's. My problem is this: The chords come out at one side of the light (the left side). For my ducting, how am I supposed to connect it to the fans when the chord is in the way? To give you a mental picture, we're streaming the ducting through three different lights. And if you were looking at the lights, there's a chord that comes out of the left side. So to run the ducting one side of the light though the entire row of lights, how do I get the ducting over the chord, once again? There are two rows of three lights. One Vortex fan per row of three lights. So I was going to run the ducting from the fan through the row of lights.... . I'm stuck and need some help ASAP!!!! Are you using flex duct. If not i would say try that .
