Need help grow box

Is my grow box sufficient for growing 4-5 plants.I only grow indoors during winter months then transplant outside. would this setup work.i use soil mediums and miracle-grow fertilizer/ soil and 2 liter bottles with top cut off.
i am using 6 13w cfl lights with survival blanket as mylar covering. need help Plz
